The Donetsk Oblast delegation held meetings in the U.S. Congress with team members of House Representatives Mike Quigley, Marcy Kaptur, Brian Fitzpatrick, and Ann Wagner, as well as Senator Richard Blumenthal. This marks the first meeting of this level in the history of Donetsk Oblast.
