As part of the regional campaign to promote reading, “Give a Child the Gift of Reading,” the Staromlynivska community donated books to children from internally displaced families.
The support went to children in the community who are under guardianship. Along with the books, families also received food packages from GEM—Global Empowerment Mission.
Every book donated gives a child the chance to take their mind off their troubles, immerse themselves in a world of interesting stories, learn something new, and feel the care of adults.
We thank the organizers of the campaign, the donors, and everyone who joins in these good deeds for the sake of children.
May every book find its young reader and bring them joy, inspiration, and faith in goodness.
