The “Kazka” Model Puppet Theater presented the play “Koza-Dereza” to the audience at the Sheptytsky Community Center.
The cunning Goat-Dereza, familiar to everyone from childhood, once again had the audience holding their breath as they followed her hilarious adventures, while the vivid characters and lively musical accompaniment of the fairy tale provided a true celebration for both adults and young viewers.
Children from the Donetsk region who are served by the “Yednannia” humanitarian hub participated in the event thanks to the national project “Side by Side: United Communities.” Sharing the emotions of the fairy-tale characters brought our young compatriots and local children together, creating a positive atmosphere and a sense of unity.
As Dmytro Shynkar, head of the “Yednannia” hub, noted, culture remains a powerful tool that helps create a space for our fellow residents to relax and enjoy positive experiences.
“Our community of internally displaced persons here in the Lviv region often participates in cultural events. It is very important for us to be part of the community’s cultural life. After all, friendly gatherings, shared leisure time, and sources of new positive emotions are what sustain us far from our native Donetsk region,” said Dmytro Shynkar.
