Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Military Administration, announced that an additional UAH 24 million from the regional budget has been allocated to support units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine currently executing combat missions across Donetsk Oblast.
The decision was formally adopted during a meeting of the Regional Defense Council.
Council members reviewed current operational updates along the active frontline, analyzed the progress of mobilization measures, and evaluated urgent technical and material requests from military commanders.
Participants discussed steps to streamline interaction between military units, raion administrations, and local municipal military administrations.
The UAH 24 million allocation will be deployed directly to satisfy high-priority logistical, material, and defense equipment requests submitted by active units holding positions in the region.
"For Donetsk Oblast today, it is critically important to respond promptly to the needs of our defenders and direct resources where they are needed most to carry out combat missions. We continue to systematically support military units and do everything possible to ensure that necessary aid arrives without delay," stressed Vadym Filashkin.
