From May 24 to 25, 2026, the public organization "Nova Druzhkivka" together with the Youth Council under the Regional State Administration held a two-day training on project management in Kropyvnytskyi for young IDPs from the Donetsk region as part of the project "Code of Restoration: Youth Dimension of the Donetsk Region".
The training program was as intense as possible: two days of continuous teamwork, passionate discussions, brainstorming and constant search for answers to the question "What if we try this way?". The participants learned to turn their own dreams of restoring their native region into clear, structured project plans. In each idea discussed in the hall, incredible energy, enthusiasm and faith in a common victory were felt.
"When the ambition of young people meets the experience of a trainer, effective projects are born. "These are the results that filled the training," said Oleksandr Levchenko, a participant in the training, deputy head of the Youth Council under the regional state administration.
However, this event became something much more than just an educational intensive. In addition to practical knowledge in writing and implementing projects, young people received what is so lacking in evacuation - a sense of home and support. People whose usual lives were torn apart by the war found each other again, creating a strong, reliable community of like-minded people. And this is perhaps the most valuable and important result that can be born at such meetings.
