The participants of the Navigator of Dreams career guidance project completed their journey with a powerful final motivational session, Building a Career Together, which was the culmination of their inspiring work, learning, and personal growth.
The event brought together young people from the Selydiv community who want to confidently choose their professional path, get acquainted with the opportunities of the modern labor market and receive practical tools for building a career.
During the session, the participants
- learned about current vacancies and labor market trends;
- mastered effective communication and self-presentation techniques;
- received advice on resume writing and portfolio development;
- had the opportunity to have individual consultations with specialists;
- gained access to online resources for further training.
The event was held in a warm, inspiring atmosphere, full of dialog, new ideas and support. The young people not only gained new knowledge, but also strengthened their faith in their abilities and dreams.
The Dream Navigator project proved that with the right guidance, support and knowledge, everyone can build their own path to a successful future. We are sincerely grateful to all the participants, experts and partners who contributed to the creation of this development space.
