In honor of Mother’s Day, the Donetsk Youth Palace “Yunist” organized a regional online photo exhibition titled “A Mother’s Warm Embrace,” which served as a unifying platform for our region.
The event brought together over 700 creative works from more than 100 general secondary, extracurricular, vocational, and higher education institutions in the Donetsk region. Dozens of communities submitted unique photographs capturing genuine emotions, warmth, and unconditional maternal love. In today’s reality, these images have taken on special significance, becoming a symbol of safety, resilience, and daily care.
A separate event within the exhibition was the online voting for the “Audience Choice Award” on the Palace’s official website, which attracted over 2,000 participants. According to the results of the audience vote, the winner was Kirill Grazhdanov, a student at the First Kramatorsk Lyceum of the Kramatorsk City Council.
Donetsk Oblast continues to thrive and raise new generations in an atmosphere of love and mutual support. As long as this bond endures, we will surely prevail.
