Please be advised that as of August 26, 2026, the previous “hotline” numbers of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast are no longer in service.
Going forward, services and consultations for residents of the oblast will be provided through the unified numbers of the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s Contact Center.
Residents of the Donetsk region will be able to receive clarification on issues related to pension benefits, the granting of housing subsidies/benefits, insurance payments, and state social assistance via the unified multi-channel telephone numbers, regardless of where they are registered.
Consultations will be available during extended hours.
The Contact Center operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and additionally on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
