War changes everything. But there are things that remain unchanged. Love — not loud, not ostentatious, but real.
On the occasion of Valentine's Day, the Center for Unity and National Resistance platform in Donetsk Oblast, together with the Novogrodivka community, invites Donetsk residents to a sincere conversation without a stage or formal speeches. There will be people and their stories about love:
- a husband who went to defend his country;
- a wife who waited;
- a wife who met her beloved while serving and keeps his memory alive;
- children who became the reason to return;
- parents whose love is stronger than fear.
These are stories that were born and kept during service, on the front lines, and after returning home. Veterans and families of the fallen will join the conversation to share what helped them survive and continues to keep them going today. Poets will create a special atmosphere by reading poems and presenting a book.
This is not a lecture or an official event. It is a quiet circle of communication where every story is important and every listener is heard.
The meeting will take place online via the Google Meet platform on February 13 at 5 p.m.
