From September 27 to October 7, 2025, a training camp in sports aerobics was held to prepare athletes for participation in the Open 16th International Tournament "Plovdiv Cup", which will be held from October 10 to 12 in Plovdiv (Bulgaria).
The participants of the training camp included members of the national team of Ukraine, as well as pupils of the Regional Children's and Youth Sports School for Children and the municipal institution "Integrated Children's and Youth Sports School" of the Kurakhiv City Council. The training was conducted by experienced coaches Ilona Karpenko and Olena Kutseva.
During the training camp, the athletes practiced new competitive compositions, improved their technical training, and demonstrated high performance and teamwork. The training atmosphere showed the participants' determination to perform successfully in the international arena.
As part of the educational program, the athletes joined a thematic lecture dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, which helped to form patriotic consciousness and respect for the defenders of the state.
The management and coaching staff note the effectiveness of the training camp, the positive dynamics of training and the readiness of Donetsk region athletes to represent Ukraine at the international tournament in Bulgaria.
