This was reported by the Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
According to the document, the two regions will continue joint work in the following areas:
• support for internally displaced persons;
• strengthening defense capacity and security of frontline communities;
• assistance to war veterans and female veterans, and to the families of fallen service members;
• environmental protection and ecological safety;
• education, children’s recreation, and youth policy;
• healthcare and rehabilitation;
• physical culture and sports;
• support for the establishment and development of enterprises and institutions, including municipal ones, relocated from Donetsk Region to safer areas of Zakarpattia.
“I am confident that this document will be transformed into concrete projects and initiatives that will benefit displaced residents of Donetsk Region, relocated businesses, and our veterans.
