Students from the Department of Fine Arts and Decorative and Applied Arts at the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity have achieved outstanding results in a number of national and international competitions.
Throughout the school year, the students represented the Donetsk region at prestigious art venues, winning numerous awards under the guidance of teachers Natalia Zueva, Natalia Pedchenko, Varvara Goncharova, Tetiana Kurakova, Viktoria Kovalenko, Natalia Savina, Yevgeniya Martynova, Antonina Nemchenko, and Anna Maleeva.
Based on the results of the international competitions “Born Legends,” “Watercolor,” and “Talents of Spring,” Elina Matsegora, Anna Zhitkova, Maria Mikhailova, Polina Skrypka, Elizaveta Moshak, Anastasia Titenkova, and Anastasia Grinevich received top awards.
At the online festival “Easter Miracle 2026,” first place was won by Denis Farennyk and Anastasia Simonenko. Performances by Danil Prokopenko, Alona Nasedkina, Eva Khoronko, and Viktoria Datskovska at the “Frt with” competition were successful, as were those by Veronika Savina, Milana Savina, Anastasia Moroz, and Yevgeniya Kuzmenko at the “My Spring” festival.
Notable achievements were recorded at the All-Ukrainian “Easter Patterns” competition, where Anna Zhitkova and Maria Mikhailova won the Grand Prix, and Alexander Shumov, Artem Supenko, Inna Ronzhina, Svetlana Drana, and Roman Andryushchenko took prize-winning places.
Also recognized were the works of Anna Mozgova and Makar Moiseenkov in the "In the Footsteps of Genius" competition, Polina Volkova in the "Winter Carnival of Talents," and Yana Stepanova in the "My Spring" competition.
The students’ results demonstrate the high level of artistic training and the development of the creative potential of young people in the Donetsk region on the international stage. We congratulate the young artists and their mentors on their well-deserved victories.
