Mr. Burnazenko turned to the Employment Service in search of a job. Over the years, he had built extensive and diverse professional experience, having worked as a vehicle repair mechanic, security guard, shoe repair technician, and in several other occupations.
Like many people aged 50+, however, he needed an opportunity to put his knowledge and skills back to work.
That was when Employment Service specialists invited him to take part in the national project "Experience Matters."
At the same time, Andrii Kuznetsov, an entrepreneur from Sloviansk who is developing his business through the Own Business grant program, was looking for an automotive repair technician to join his team. He registered the vacancy through the Experience Matters project.
This is exactly what the project was designed to achieve: artificial intelligence matched the employer's staffing needs with the candidate's professional experience.
After completing an internship, Oleh Burnazenko was successfully hired.
For the employer, this meant gaining a qualified specialist who was able to contribute from day one.
For Mr. Burnazenko, it meant the opportunity to return to his profession and once again feel valued in the labor market.
