The state continues to create conditions for the stable operation of entrepreneurs even in the most challenging times. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a decision that significantly expands the “Energy Support for Sole Proprietors” program, which helps small businesses remain autonomous during power outages.
What has changed?
The program has become more accessible to a wider range of entrepreneurs:
The application deadline has been extended by an additional two months — until May 31, 2026.
The list of eligible economic activity codes (KVEDs) has been expanded: now sole proprietors operating in food production, water supply, specialized retail trade, and education can receive support.
As of today, the state has already allocated UAH 380 million to support 38,000 entrepreneurs, helping them adapt to energy challenges.
