The Donetsk Regional State Administration invites residents of the region and civil society organizations to participate in the oversight, monitoring, and evaluation—carried out by civil society institutions—of the implementation of accessibility policies by state authorities and local self-government bodies.
This initiative is being implemented in accordance with the Action Plan for 2025–2026 for the Implementation of the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Environment in Ukraine by 2030, approved by Order No. 374-r of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 25, 2025.
The assessment of the implementation of accessibility policies by state authorities and local self-government bodies involves evaluating the activities of these bodies in creating an accessible environment based on specific criteria.

The results of the assessment are scheduled to be announced on October 1 and December 11 of this year. The assessment results will be available on the page reporting on the implementation of the Plan’s measures on the regional state administration’s website.
