Knowledge that helps save lives, skills that boost confidence, and the readiness to act in dangerous situations—these are the focus of the 48-hour national resistance training sessions for Donetsk region residents that have launched in Kropyvnytskyi.

Amidst a full-scale war, preparing the population for emergency situations is of particular importance. The ability to quickly assess a situation, administer pre-medical aid, identify potential threats, and make sound decisions constitutes a vital set of skills that can help save one's own life and the lives of those nearby.

The training program is designed specifically to build this knowledge and these practical skills, combining theoretical instruction with hands-on exercises.

Over the course of 48 hours, participants will master the fundamentals of tactical medicine, mine safety, land navigation, and weapon handling. Each of these areas is crucial for preparing to act in high-risk conditions and requires attentiveness, responsibility, and discipline.

Special emphasis is placed on the practical component of the training. Participants not only acquire new knowledge but also reinforce it by completing training tasks, practicing response protocols in simulated scenarios, and learning to work cohesively and make decisions under time constraints.

Such training sessions foster a culture of safety and promote personal responsibility and mutual assistance. After all, national resistance is not merely a matter of the state's defense capability; it is also about the readiness of citizens to act consciously, in an organized manner, and responsibly to protect themselves, their loved ones, and their country.

For the residents of the Donetsk region, who face the challenges of war every day, such training is of particular value. It helps them acquire essential knowledge, boost their self-confidence, and develop skills that could prove decisive in a critical moment.

This 48-hour training program offers an opportunity to gain new knowledge, acquire practical experience, and enhance one's readiness to act in difficult circumstances. After all, awareness, responsibility, and mutual aid strengthen the resilience of both the individual and society as a whole.
