On April 6, a meaningful meeting took place in Kramatorsk — one that went far beyond simply sharing information. It was about trust, openness, and people who, despite all circumstances, strive to be heard — and truly understood.

The Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, Nataliia Adamova, together with specialists from the Kramatorsk branch, visited the Community Development Fund — a space where opportunities for change and support are created every day. It was here that a sincere meeting with people with hearing impairments took place.

The conversation did not require many words. It spoke through gestures, eye contact, and genuine smiles. Communication happened in a language without barriers — the language of understanding. That was the true value of this meeting.

The Community Development Fund has long been an important part of life in Kramatorsk. Its work includes fostering philanthropy, supporting social initiatives, and helping those who need it most. It is an organization that not only responds to challenges but also creates an environment where every person feels valued.

During the meeting, Nataliia Adamova spoke about the opportunities offered by the employment service — how to find a job, acquire a new profession, or start a business. Special attention was given to modern digital tools such as the “Single Window of Services,” the “Unified Job Portal,” and the employment service mobile app, which make support more accessible, closer, and more convenient.

But the most important thing was not the services.

The most important thing was the feeling: everyone matters. Everyone has the right to growth, to work, and to a dream.

“We strive for every person to feel supported and believe in their own strength. Together with our partners, we are creating a space of opportunities where there are no barriers to development,” Nataliia Adamova emphasized.
