Together with Oleksandr Koval, head of the Hoshcha community Mykola Panchuk, and the head of the relevant department of the Donetsk Regional Administration Ihor Haievyi, he visited the institution that continues its work after relocation.

The center has not only preserved the educational process — it is training specialists who will help restore Ukraine’s energy sector and economy. The institution operates with modern equipment and new approaches, continuing education even during blackouts.

“I spoke with teachers and students and thanked the staff for their work. It is important that the institution also helps veterans acquire new professions and return to civilian life.

I visited the dormitory — proper living conditions have been created for students, including those from vulnerable categories.

A separate highlight was the opening of a memorial space dedicated to fallen students and teachers. It is about remembrance and the price of our struggle.

I sincerely thank Oleksandr Koval and Mykola Panchuk for their partnership and continuous support of Donetsk region. This is true unity of the country,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
