In Vinnytsia, at the "YaMariupol" center, the "Berehynia" visual arts club of the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity continues its activities. The classes are attended by children from the Donetsk region who currently live in the city.
Under the guidance of teacher Lilia Zhuyko, the students learn the basics of composition, color theory, and various artistic techniques. The club’s curriculum includes not only drawing but also working with modeling clay and an introduction to decorative and applied arts. Experimenting with shapes and materials helps children develop fine motor skills, creative thinking, and self-expression.
Participating in the club promotes the children’s socialization and provides them with a stable environment for interacting with their peers. Creative activities in a friendly group help the children adapt to their new living conditions and feel the support of their teachers.
Currently, the club is preparing new works for upcoming exhibitions and continuing systematic training aimed at developing the artistic abilities of young Donetsk residents.
