The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine is launching a training program for women leaders in the transport sector called "Manage Change."
The women's leadership development program will help participants take successful steps in their future careers and develop their entrepreneurial potential to start their own businesses and implement social projects and initiatives.
"Women already play a key role in the recovery and transformation of the transport sector, and our task is to create even more opportunities for them. The "Manage Change" program will help participants strengthen their leadership skills, implement their own projects, and become drivers of change in communities, companies, and government institutions. We are building a modern, inclusive, and competitive transport system, and this is simply impossible without the participation of women. I am grateful to our partners from the International Transport Forum who have supported this initiative," emphasized Serhiy Derkach, Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
