As part of Brave1’s first engineering challenge, students from across Ukraine worked on real-world engineering problems—from concept to solution.
This was an opportunity to test their skills in conditions that closely mirrored real-world challenges: teamwork, time constraints, mentorship, and a final presentation to a panel of experts.
Among the winners were representatives from Donetsk National Technical University. Two teams from DonNTU made it to the competition finals:
🔹 iKozaky—first-year master’s students majoring in G5 “Electronics, Electronic Communications, Instrumentation, and Radio Engineering.”
🔹 United Tech—a team comprising first-year students majoring in G9 “Applied Mechanics” and F5 “Cybersecurity and Information Protection,” as well as a master’s student majoring in G7 “Automation, Computer-Integrated Technologies, and Robotics.”
We are truly delighted and proud of these young people! This result demonstrates that the Donetsk region possesses strong intellectual potential and is well-represented at the national level.
It is gratifying to see how DonNTU students demonstrate a high level of preparation and confidently make their mark in the engineering field.
