The Kyiv Vocational College of Applied Sciences hosted the 3rd All-Ukrainian Vocational Skills Competition in the field of "Light Industry Technologies."

Such competitions bring together representatives from the education sector and light industry enterprises to discuss current challenges, enhance the prestige of the field, and explore new opportunities for its development.

The Kramatorsk Vocational College of Technology and Design was proudly represented by student Varvara Kotsubanova, who took third place among 21 participants from vocational colleges across Ukraine that offer training in this field.

As part of the competition, participants created an adaptive shirt for people with limited mobility, a project with significant social impact, as it contributes to increased comfort, independence, and quality of life for people, as well as the development of an inclusive society.

Varvara demonstrated a high level of professional training: she conducted research, independently developed the product’s design, and skillfully crafted a shirt of her own design.

Sincere thanks for the contestant’s preparation go to the instructors of specialized disciplines, Viktoria Malyukova and Nina Kolomiytseva, whose mentorship was a key component of this achievement.

The staff of the Kramatorsk Vocational College of Technology and Design received a Certificate of Appreciation for their significant contribution to the training of future specialists in the light industry.
