Summer vacation is a wonderful time for relaxation, new experiences, and interesting discoveries.
Thanks to the humanitarian center "With Toretsk in the Heart," young readers spent time in a cozy library atmosphere, where warmth, friendship, and love for books reign. The program of the event was rich and diverse. The children eagerly participated in educational games, demonstrated their erudition, shared knowledge with their peers, read their favorite books, and watched interesting Ukrainian cartoons.
A warm and inspiring presentation of the book exhibition "Summer with a Book in a Backpack" also took place, during which the little visitors got acquainted with the vibrant world of children's literature, reviewed new book releases, happily drew their favorite book characters, and joined an interesting master class.
In the IDP Support Center of the Kramatorsk District "WeTogether" in Poltava, there is a reading space called "Bibliokolo." Visitors to the center not only read but also discuss what they have read, share their thoughts, impressions, and favorite books. This format helps restore inner balance, provides emotional support, and creates an atmosphere of trust and open communication.
In the support centers for residents of the Bakhmut community "With Bakhmut in the Heart" in the cities of Kyiv, Dnipro, Zhovti Vody, and Chernihiv, locations called "Book Shelves" have been created, where literature for children is also presented – fairy tales, adventure books, developmental and educational publications that shape values and awaken imagination. Residents of Donetsk have the opportunity to join the book spaces and access literature for free.
Each book is a separate universe where stories come to life, and wisdom intertwines with inspiration, revealing the magic of literature - a space where words uplift thoughts.
Meetings with books give children new knowledge, inspiration, a good mood, and most importantly - a love for reading.
