Today, in the “Questions & Answers” section, we explain what to do if a grant recipient is mobilized.
The “Own Business” program, implemented within the state initiative “eRobota,” is an effective tool for starting or developing a business. At the same time, the state has предусмотрені support mechanisms for entrepreneurs who have joined the defense of Ukraine.
In case of mobilization of a microgrant recipient, signing a military service contract, or obtaining the status of a prisoner of war or missing person (with supporting documents issued by authorized state bodies), the fulfillment of contractual obligations is temporarily suspended.
The obligations under the agreement are not canceled
They remain in force with a pause for the duration of service
After demobilization or status update, the fulfillment of obligations is resumed
To do this, it is necessary to submit an application addressed to the head of the regional employment center or the head of the State Employment Service of Ukraine and provide supporting documents.
A launched business does not lose support due to military service. Entrepreneurial initiative is preserved, and obligations are regulated taking into account the realities of wartime.
