On April 27, 2026, an intensive workshop on internal and external communications was held in Kryvyi Rih, in which the youth of the Donetsk region actively participated. The event was aimed at improving the professional competencies of young leaders, representatives of youth councils and youth workers.
The workshop program was based on the analysis of real cases, which allowed participants to gain applied knowledge ready for systematic implementation in daily work.
The practical part of the intensive was devoted to the transformation of social networks into an effective tool for a personal brand. Participants learned how, through strategic positioning in the digital space, one can effectively broadcast one's own values and professional achievements.
Special attention was paid to building effective teams. Participants studied methods for creating an environment where each member of the team has the opportunity to be heard. Building internal communication was considered as a foundation for achieving common goals and preventing professional burnout.
Within the framework of the external communications block, the youth of Donetsk region learned algorithms for interacting with different target audiences. The tools for establishing partnerships with stakeholders and mechanisms for building trusting relationships with the public, which is critically important for the implementation of socially significant initiatives, were analyzed in detail.
The event was held within the framework of a UNICEF project funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) through the German Development Bank (KfW) and organized by the NGO STEP
