To mark International Youth Day and as part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities,” young people met with Mykhailo Burnadze, head of the Khlibodarivka Rural Military Administration
Residents of the Khlibodarivka, Mashivka, Lopushne, and Krupets communities, as well as communities in the Volnovakha District, joined the online meeting.
The discussion was open and substantive. They discussed not only the work of the head of the military administration but also the person behind the position.
During the meeting, they discussed:
🔹 the pros and cons of serving as head of the administration;
🔹 the main areas of activity for the military administration;
🔹 the first steps and priorities following de-occupation;
🔹 the importance of teamwork and collaboration;
🔹 challenges, responsibilities, and experience in public administration, among other topics.
A separate part of the conversation was devoted to personal topics—Mr. Mykhailo’s childhood, education, dreams, hobbies, and life journey.
Such meetings give young people the opportunity to see a real person in that role, hear an honest account of their professional development, ask questions, and gain motivation to grow and work for the benefit of their communities.
