Since 2018, Daria Miroshnichenko has been working in the Andriivska Rural Territorial Community, and in 2020 she became head of the Children’s Services Department. She is responsible for implementing state policy in the area of child rights protection and social support for families.
Currently, she is overseeing five orphans and children deprived of parental care, 15 large families, and two children facing difficult life circumstances. Daria collaborates with the council’s relevant department, educational institutions, and the juvenile police. After the mandatory evacuation was announced, she personally organized the relocation of the community’s children to safe regions.
She is constantly improving her professional skills. She completed training on assisting frontline communities in Vinnytsia, a course on providing psychological support to children after traumatic events on EdEra, and a digital safety assessment on Diya.Osvita. In addition, while working, she earned a second bachelor’s degree in public administration.
Thanks to her efforts, the Andriivska community now has a functioning social protection system—ranging from resolving families’ everyday issues to providing them with legal and psychological assistance.
