When the war turned the Siverska community into the epicenter of hostilities, the town faced a matter of survival. During this most difficult period, Oleksiy Mozolevskyi took the helm of the local municipal enterprise.
For him, leadership is not a position, but a daily choice to stand by people during the most dangerous moments. Oleksiy Anatoliyovych personally organized and carried out the evacuation of civilians under enemy shelling, giving residents a chance at survival. For those who remained in the half-destroyed city, he arranged for the delivery of hot meals, food, and heating supplies.
Oleksiy was wounded while carrying out one of these humanitarian missions. Yet even pain and the threat to his life did not stop him: immediately after receiving treatment, he returned to work.
Through his dedication and resilience, Oleksiy Mozolevskyi rallied his team and became a reliable shield for the community. His actions are a shining example of how humanity and strength of spirit help people endure even the darkest times.
