Vladislav Lisovenko, a participant in the regional “Young Person of the Year – 2026” competition in the “Power of Management Decisions” category
Vladislav Lisovenko is a youth leader, volunteer, and civic activist who has been coordinating large-scale humanitarian and youth initiatives since the start of the full-scale invasion. Despite losing his own home, he continued to help people by leading the “Medicine for People” project, which has provided free medication to over 800 people. He also coordinated the delivery of medicines to medical facilities in the Donetsk region in collaboration with government agencies and charitable foundations.
Since 2022, Vladislav has been coordinating the activities of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Student Council, bringing together representatives of student self-government bodies from institutions of higher education, pre-higher vocational education, and vocational and technical education. Under his leadership, initiatives aimed at developing volunteerism, youth policy, civic engagement, and student self-government are being implemented.
Vladislav was one of the initiators of the “National Ukrainian Youth Association” public union, which brought together Ukraine’s leading youth organizations to foster interregional cooperation and support young people. As a member of the Student Expert Council under the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science, and Innovation, he participates in drafting proposals to improve legislation in the areas of higher education, student self-governance, and the protection of students’ rights.
Through his activities, Vladyslav Lisovenko demonstrates effective managerial leadership, responsibility, and the ability to unite young people around socially important initiatives even under the most challenging conditions of war.
