An online meeting of active youth from Kostiantynivka and Uzhhorod communities took place as part of the "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities" project, which aims to strengthen ties between communities, mutual support in times of war, and stimulate new joint initiatives.
During the event, participants shared their experience of youth activities in the context of a full-scale invasion: volunteering, organizing humanitarian aid and evacuation, conducting psycho-emotional relief activities, developing regional youth policy programs, and overcoming the challenges of today.
Particular attention was paid to the development of youth policy: establishing cooperation with structural units, participating in forums, holding youth events and expanding partnerships.
As a result of the meeting, new ideas for joint projects were generated and a vision for further interaction between the communities was defined. Young people demonstrate their determination to change, look for new formats of action, and support each other despite all the challenges.
