Chaired by Ihor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, a regular meeting of the "Transparency and Accountability" working group was held. Members of the working group and invited persons took part in the event.
During the meeting, the status of public procurement carried out by the Myrnohrad City Territorial Community in 2026 was reviewed.
According to information from the Department of Economy of the Regional State Administration, for the period from August 11 to August 20, 2026, regional procurers in eight territorial communities scheduled 17 procurements of goods, works, and services totaling 19 million UAH.
Out of 17 procurements, 4 contracts were concluded, including for the purchase of goods (diesel fuel), as well as works for the development of design and cost estimation documentation and obtaining a positive expert report from state expertise regarding working projects for facilities where repair works are planned.
According to the Department of Economy of the Regional State Administration, for the period from January 1 to August 17, 2026, the Myrnohrad City Territorial Community scheduled 7 procurements of goods, works, and services totaling 16.7 million UAH.
To inform the working group members, Yuriy Tretiak, Head of the Myrnohrad City Military Administration, was given the floor. He reported on the status of procurements, the main areas of budget fund allocation, planned measures, and priority needs of the community under martial law.
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to ask the speaker questions and discuss pressing issues regarding procurement execution.
Following the discussion, meeting participants emphasized the importance of strict compliance with the principles of openness, transparency, and accountability in public procurement. The working group will continue to monitor procurements carried out and planned by the territorial communities of the region.
