Conflict management for the public service was discussed on April 23 at a seminar with representatives of district and local military administrations. Over 180 specialists from Donetsk Oblast participated in the seminar.
The following issues were addressed during the event:
- joint actions by local self-government bodies and regional military administrations to ensure the continuity of the educational process amid unpredictable changes in the security situation, including transitions between in-person, distance, and blended learning formats;
- state standards and regulations for providing cultural services to the population;
- obtaining an extract from urban planning documentation to change the designated use of a land plot;
- providing medical care to internally displaced persons;
- state monitoring of surface waters in 2026 and its results.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Regional State Administration’s Department for Cooperation with Local Self-Government Bodies, in collaboration with the Donetsk Regional Branch of the National Mediation and Reconciliation Service, various departments of the Regional State Administration, and the Siverskyi-Donetsk Basin Water Resources Administration.
During the seminar, participants acquired new skills and knowledge, actively participated in discussions of reports and presentations, and expressed their suggestions regarding the topics for future meetings.
