Svitlana Nemchynova relocated from Toretsk to Dnipro due to the advancing hostilities. By education, she is a specialist in organizational management and administration and has extensive work experience — from secretary to head of a court administration, and during the war she worked as an office manager.
While looking for a job in her new city, Svitlana turned to the employment service. She received her first consultations at a hub where she had come for humanitarian aid. Specialists helped her navigate the labor market, explained the process of obtaining unemployed status, taught her how to use the Unified Job Portal, and helped create a strong résumé.
“Everything was clear and structured. They literally laid it all out step by step for me,” Svitlana shares.
She then actively engaged in her job search, while employment service recruiters selected vacancies and supported communication with employers.
Svitlana was offered a position at the Dnipro Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. After a successful interview and internship, she was employed as a leading specialist through a referral from the employment service.
