On February 19, 2026, as part of the regional platform "Dialogue between Government and Business," created on the instructions of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, another online meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the government and business community of Donetsk Oblast.
Almost 80 participants joined the event, including entrepreneurs, heads of structural units, representatives of military administrations, and relevant services of the region.
During the meeting, two topical issues were discussed:
- "Energy support for individual entrepreneurs of groups 2 and 3";
- "On the development of social dialogue and the prevention of conflict situations."
Oleg Klimovich, head of the employment program implementation department at the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, provided participants with detailed information on the existing mechanisms for supporting individual entrepreneurs, in particular regarding the possibilities of receiving energy assistance and the algorithm for submitting applications.
Artur Khimchak, Head of the Donetsk Regional Branch of the National Mediation and Reconciliation Service, emphasized the development of social dialogue as an effective tool for preventing labor disputes and conflicts between employers and employees.
Participants discussed practical aspects of obtaining support, ways to establish constructive communication between business and government, and mechanisms to ensure stable operations for businesses under martial law.
The regional platform "Dialogue between Authorities and Business" continues to operate as an open forum for discussing issues of concern to entrepreneurs and finding solutions in a timely manner.
