On the Day of Ukrainian Statehood, the communal institution "Donetsk Palace of Youth 'Yunyst'" held a regional online competition "The Beauty and Grandeur of State Symbols".
Its goal is to foster in children and youth an understanding of the unity and integrity of Ukraine, to strengthen patriotic beliefs, and to realize the importance of national identity in the modern world.
Participants included students and educators from 31 general secondary, extracurricular, and vocational (technical) education institutions in Donetsk region. The jury reviewed about 200 creative works in the categories "Drawing" and "Crafts".
The works impress with their craftsmanship, reflect pride in the native country, respect for its symbols, and honor for the Heroes.
