On June 25, a seminar was held with representatives of district and local military administrations in the Donetsk region to discuss the record-keeping and storage procedures for photo and video documents. Over 200 specialists from the Donetsk region participated in the seminar.
The event also addressed the following issues:
- the creation and updating of local inventories of intangible cultural heritage, as well as methodological recommendations for documenting and submitting elements;
- personnel management under martial law;
- the status and prospects of establishing a network of academic lyceums in the Donetsk region in the context of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) reform of specialized secondary education;
- cooperation between local executive authorities and territorial bodies with the State Environmental Inspection, and the provision of information and materials necessary for calculating relevant damages to the Inspection;
- specifics of registering land plots in temporarily occupied territories; making changes and correcting technical errors in the registry entries for already registered land plots; recording losses incurred by business entities in the agricultural sector of the economy in the Donetsk region as a result of hostilities, terrorist acts, and sabotage caused by the Russian Federation’s military aggression against Ukraine;
- specifics of regulating land relations during martial law.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Coordination with Local Self-Government Bodies in collaboration with the relevant departments of the regional state administration, the State Archives of Donetsk Oblast, the Donetsk Oblast Educational and Methodological Center for Culture, and the Main Directorate of the State Geocadastre in Donetsk Oblast.
