Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, signed an order for the mandatory, compulsory evacuation of children from certain areas of the Kramatorsk community.
This involves 525 children from 424 families:
- the village of Krasnotorka — 59 children from 46 families;
- the village of Bilenke — 140 children from 104 families;
- Kramatorsk — 326 children from 274 families.
In Kramatorsk, children residing at the following addresses are subject to evacuation:
- Kramatorsky Boulevard;

Children will be evacuated together with their parents, guardians, or other legal representatives.
This is a difficult but necessary decision. The security situation is deteriorating, so it is unacceptable to leave children under constant threat of Russian strikes. I ask parents not to delay and to cooperate with the evacuation teams.
