Anzhelika Havrylova has been working at Donetskoblgaz since 2016. She started her career as a controller, but even then she knew that her true calling was the emergency dispatch service. In 2020, Anzhelika achieved her goal and became a senior foreman of the Druzhkovka gas distribution system.
Her job is a constant responsibility for the lives and safety of people. Fixing and documenting accidents, visiting damage sites, and coordinating crews is a daily routine that has become especially important since the start of the war. While before 2022, fires were the biggest challenge for the service, now Angelika faces the consequences of hostilities almost every day.
Together with her colleagues, she travels to the sites of shelling, records damage to gas pipelines and buildings, and helps to eliminate accidents. This is a job that knows no days off. Calls can come at night or at dawn, and then she doesn't hesitate to get in the car and drive to the site. After all, every minute of delay can cost people their safety.
Brave, focused and dedicated - that's how her colleagues describe her. She is not afraid to take responsibility and is always ready to act quickly and professionally.
