Supporting businesses and people who need new opportunities is especially important today. The state is implementing tools that help enterprises grow, while enabling internally displaced persons to find jobs faster and adapt to new environments.
For employers in frontline regions, including the Donetsk region, the government provides financial support for hiring internally displaced persons for a period of up to 6 months.
The compensation equals the minimum wage — UAH 8,647 — for each employee for whom the employer pays the unified social contribution.
This support helps businesses reduce labor costs while ensuring longer-term employment for displaced people.
Applications can be submitted:
online via the Diia portal,
through the employer’s e-cabinet on the State Employment Service website,
or in person at an employment center.
