As part of these outreach efforts, Olena Redko, Head of the Service Provision Organization Department at the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, visited the "Yednannya" Humanitarian Hub operated by the Pokrovsk City Military Administration.
During her meeting with visitors, she provided individual consultations, detailed current job openings, and highlighted professional development opportunities offered by the service. Key focus areas of the session included:
State Business Grants: Information on updated conditions for securing state grant support to launch or expand a small business.
Vocational Vouchers: Immediate practical support for attendees, such as applicant Yurii, who selected a training voucher program to qualify as a forklift driver and enhance his marketability.
Programs for Older Job Seekers: Details on the "Experience Matters" (*Досвід має значення*) initiative, specifically designed to help citizens aged 50+ leverage their expertise and re-enter the labor market.
Digital Literacy & AI Integration: Following a proposal by Zinaida Mamai, head of the "Rodyna" Club, special workshops on developing supplementary digital skills—including the practical use of artificial intelligence—will be organized for displaced members.
