Throughout May, bomb disposal teams surveyed 31.45 hectares of territory in the Donetsk region, where they detected and destroyed 681 explosive devices.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast.
Such dangerous items may remain on streets and roadsides in populated areas, as well as in open areas and forests, following shelling. They are often hidden in the ground or among debris and pose a deadly threat to human life and health.
We urge residents of the region to exercise the utmost caution. If you discover any suspicious or unknown objects, do not approach them, do not touch them, and immediately call 101 or 102.
