The issue of disclosing information during martial law was discussed on September 3 at a seminar with representatives of district and local military administrations in Donetsk Oblast.
During the event, the following issues were addressed: the evaluation of civil servants’ performance;
- practical aspects of state registration of the termination of ownership rights to real estate destroyed as a result of hostilities under martial law;
- support for veterans: current services and programs offered by the employment service;
- accessibility of pension and social services for residents of Donetsk Oblast under martial law: modern tools, digital services, and practical solutions;
- ethical standards of commemoration (honoring the memory of the fallen), including how to create meaningful patriotic events that support people while avoiding re-traumatization of visitors and the families of the deceased.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Regional State Administration’s Department for Coordination with Local Self-Government Bodies, in collaboration with relevant structural units of the Regional State Administration, the Southeast Interregional Directorate of the National Agency for Civil Service, the Kharkiv Interregional Directorate of the Ministry of Justice, the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, and the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Donetsk Region.
During the seminar, participants acquired new skills and knowledge, actively participated in discussions of reports and presentations, and expressed their suggestions regarding the topics for future meetings.
