Searching for a job in a new city during wartime is a difficult challenge that requires not only professional skills but also support. Thanks to cooperation with Employment Service specialists, Tetiana Stets, a resident of Myrnohrad, was able to return to the work she loves after being forced to relocate.
Tetiana holds a higher education degree in Finance and Credit and worked for many years within the Pension Fund of Ukraine system — first in Myrnohrad and later in Pokrovsk. Due to the full-scale war, she was forced to leave her home and start a new life from scratch: first in Sloviansk and later in Kharkiv.
Tetiana turned to the Dobropillia Office of the Pokrovsk Branch of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center for assistance in finding a job. There, specialists helped her navigate employment opportunities, introduced her to current vacancies, and provided all the necessary consultations. She participated in various activities, communicated with a career advisor, studied, and gradually regained confidence in herself. And just when she was ready to move forward, a new opportunity appeared.
A vacancy in a familiar field — at the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kharkiv region — became exactly the chance she needed. With the support of Employment Service specialists, Tetiana prepared a modern résumé, passed the interview, and successfully secured employment. Today, she is working and gradually settling into life in her new city.
