The Donetsk Regional Employment Service reminded registered unemployed individuals of their legal obligation to inform their designated career advisor of any personal, financial, or status changes that could affect their unemployed status or eligibility for state financial assistance.
All changes must be formally reported within three (3) working days from the moment they occur (or in advance where specified):
Employment & Self-Employment:
Entering formal employment (including temporary or seasonal positions).
Registering or starting business activities as a sole proprietor.
Personal Data & Contact Updates:
Changes in registered or declared place of residence.
Changes in phone number, email address, legal surname, or passport credentials.
Relocation & Travel:
Moving to another settlement or region within Ukraine.
Travel or relocation abroad (Must be reported no later than three working days BEFORE crossing the border).
Income & Financial Changes:
Receiving any new or auxiliary income sources that impact entitlement to unemployment benefits.
Health Status & Temporary Disability:
Health changes affecting work capacity or qualification.
Issuance of formal medical leave.
Education & Military Service:
Enrollment in full-time or dual-form educational programs.
Pension qualification or assignment.
Conscription, enlistment, or entry into active military service.
Failure to inform the career advisor within the mandatory 3-day timeframe may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of unemployment benefit payments.
Requirement to refund unlawfully received state assistance funds.
Formal revocation of registered unemployed status.
