As part of the Dovidka.Info project, the Center for Strategic Communications created a video outlining the rules of conduct in the subway during an air raid alert.
The video provides recommendations on how citizens can stay safe while using the subway as a shelter and explains the basic rules for staying there during an air raid alert.
