On January 16, 2026, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine held an informational briefing dedicated to the competition for projects in the field of promoting Ukrainian national and civic identity for 2026.
Representatives of the Donetsk region joined the briefing: specialists from the regional state administration responsible for implementing policies in the field of promoting Ukrainian and national identity, specialists from local government bodies, employees of municipal institutions and establishments, youth workers, members of youth councils, and representatives of public organizations.
Representatives of Donetsk region carefully familiarized themselves with the main aspects of the competition, the deadlines for submitting applications (until 23:00 on February 8, 2026), the evaluation criteria, and the areas that will be supported by the state.
The briefing was an important step towards transparent and effective interaction between the state and civil society. Active participation in the competition will not only ensure funding for meaningful projects, but will also significantly contribute to strengthening national unity and forming a sustainable civic identity for Ukrainians in 2026.
