Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Ihor Boiko took part in an online meeting of the Coordination Headquarters on bringing civil protection facilities into proper condition, which was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The meeting addressed a number of important issues of strategic importance for ensuring the protection of the population in conditions of martial law. Participants discussed the status of the creation and equipping of civil protection structures in educational and healthcare institutions, as well as problematic issues in this area and possible ways to resolve them.
In particular, attention was paid to the interim results of comprehensive surveys of civil protection structures during 2025. They also considered current issues arising in the process of creating, maintaining, and keeping records of such facilities.
During the meeting, the importance of a systematic approach and interagency cooperation was emphasized to ensure the proper condition of protective structures and increase the level of safety of the population, particularly in frontline regions.
