



Deputy Head of Donetsk Regional State Administration Igor Boyko and representatives of the relevant structural units of the RSA took part in a meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for Evacuation Measures and Effective Response to Mass Displacement of Population chaired by Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba.
During the meeting, the participants discussed topical issues related to the organization of evacuation of civilians from the frontline areas, ensuring proper conditions for the accommodation of evacuees in safe regions, as well as interagency cooperation between the authorities to respond promptly to the challenges caused by mass displacement.
Ihor Boyko informed the audience about the status of evacuation measures in Donetsk region, emphasizing the need for coordinated actions of all structures responsible for the safety of the population, and stressed that the evacuation issue remains one of the priorities of the regional authorities. The deputy head of the region also noted that the compulsory evacuation of children with their parents or other legal representatives from 4 settlements of Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk districts, where a total of 1122 children remain, is underway.
"Donetsk region continues to work to ensure that every resident of the region has the opportunity to safely leave the dangerous areas and receive the necessary support from the state," emphasized Igor Boyko.
