A New Profession — Real Employment
This is not just a set of courses. It is training tailored to specific vacancies with guaranteed employment. Women who have already joined the project are now successfully working in new professions, receiving decent pay and being in demand on the labor market.
The main thing is the willingness to learn and take the first step.
How does it work?
▪ training is conducted at the request of employers;
▪ only in licensed educational institutions;
▪ mandatory employment after completion.
What is important to know:
✔ training is fully funded by the Unemployment Social Insurance Fund;
✔ duration — up to 10 months;
✔ convenient formats: in-person, remote, or dual;
✔ funding — up to UAH 33,280 per person;
✔ employment — no later than 15 days after completing training.
