The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine, with financial support from the Government of Japan, has announced the launch of a new digitalization initiative.
The project aims to help microbusinesses (legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) that have been affected by the full-scale war—including displacement, loss of assets, and disruption of supply chains—to recover, sustain, and scale their businesses using modern digital tools and by entering new online markets.
The program is being implemented as part of the “Accelerating Recovery for Human Security in Ukraine” project.
Microenterprises (legal entities and sole proprietors) with a team of up to 10 employees whose operations have been adversely affected by the war (in particular due to relocation, loss of property, or disruption of supply chains) are invited to participate.
📌 Selected micro-enterprises will receive comprehensive, turnkey support, which includes:
🔹 Creating their own online store or optimizing an existing storefront on Ukrainian or international marketplaces.
🔹 A practical course on e-commerce.
🔹 Implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to automate daily business processes.
🔹 Setting up and launching the first advertising campaign.
🔹 Expert support from a team of specialists after launch.
✅ In keeping with the principles of inclusivity, UNDP will give preference to projects where the leaders or employees are:
🔸 Veterans.
🔸 Family members of veterans.
🔸 People with disabilities (including those resulting from war).
The competition is open to active microenterprises from all regions of Ukraine, except for territories occupied by the Russian Federation.
Application deadline: July 31, 2026 (by 11:59 p.m.).
